Vision: To train over Ten Thousand (10,000)  Youths annually to be self-reliant.

Mission: Engage in entrepreneurial training of youths from the following wealth creation activities; skill acquisition programme, PAWECCO, LAS and to partner with NDE, UNDP, SMEDAN,YESSO and other Development partners for adequate training of youths.

The Ministry for Entrepreneurship Development will focus on the Following key areas: Entrepreneurship and Technical Skill acquisition being the pillars of present administration’s economic development strategies.
